March 3rd - World Book Day at Loughboy Library

On March 3rd, whenThe Butterfly Heart was published, I spent a lot of the day at Loughboy Library with Fifth Classes from three different schools - St. John of God, Presentation Primary and the Gaelscoil Osrai, Kilkenny. The event was organised by Brenda Ward and Caitriona Kenneally. Loughboy is a wonderful library for adults and children alike. The children from all three schools were a pleasure to read to and asked loads of interesting questions - it was an enjoyable World Book Day. Below are a couple of pictures from the day - unfortunately none of the Gaelscoil! Next time I see them I'll be sure to remedy that.
